My New Smoothie
I know that I have to manage my nutrition as well as my exercise if I ever want to get rid of my gut. So I am trying new things as well as sticking with the tried and true.
I was at Costco yesterday and one of the sales guys started talking to me about weight loss, antioxidants and stress levels. He eventually got around to what he was selling. It was a product called cortisol weightloss from Body Choice Nutrition. It has Hoodia, Blueberries, Green Tea extract and a host of other ingredients that are supposed to suppress appetite, boost metabolism and relieve stress. I picked up a bottle and decided to give it a try.
First let me say that it has a bitter flavor. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about the flavor and they make no flavor claims. I decided to add it to a smoothie to hide the flavor. Here are the ingredients for my fruit smoothie:
2 big spoonfuls of Strawberry Low fat yogurt
4 medium frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1 scoop strawberry protein powder
1 oz Body Choice Cortisol Weight loss
1 tsp Fiber Sure
1/2 cup milk
This all blends for a very nice smoothie and it has lots of nutritional value. I haven’t been extremely hungry at all today. I don’t know if it is because I am eating more often or if this stuff is suppressing my appetite. I don’t really care as long as I don’t get hungry.

I’m always harping on new smoothie receipes. So thanks. I’ll might have to try this. I may also look in into his Body Choice Coritsol Weight Loss. I take enough Vitamin A E C to fight off coritsol, but hey you never know. Keep me updated.

I really am a savage – I never had green chile and never had a smoothie. Are we from the same planet or is California from a demoted planet like Pluto.

Savage,
All the fruit in the caribbean and you haven’t had a smoothie?

Nopwe- I always thought it was a Yuppie Kid’s thing best left to my Yuppie Kids. For a Savage, it’s jut easier to eat the fruit then to plug in a blender and clean up the mess.

I wish I had the time and inclination to do that. I don’t get a hankering for fruit often enough to make sure I get all of my daily servings.

Hoodia truly has taken the weight loss world by storm with its’ claims to be able to drastically cut down hunger cravings. But does it really work? http://www.hoodiainfosite.com provides some great info that even the skeptics will find interesting.

I picked up a bottle of Body Choice Cortisol Hoodia at Costo about a week ago. I have been taking it every day, either mixing in sparkling flavored water or adding it to my morning smoothie. I can honesly say that it has helped suppress my appetite. I noticed the effect almost immediately within an hour of taking it the first time. I don’t think it’s a miracle but I do think it will help suppress your appetite, especially for late night hunger pangs. I ordered Dessert Burn Hoodia pills because after doing research it was supposed to be a genuine form of Hoodia. I found no noticeable effects from the Dessert Burn pills, but with the Body Choice I definitely noticed a difference. I paid $19.99 for Body Choice, definitely cheaper than the $65 I spent on the Dessert Burn.

I bought a bottle from Costco this week. So far so good…it’s been 3 days and I notice a difference in my appetite and even in my waistline. I heard about this Body Choice Weight loss bottle with Cortisol and Hoodia from a friend, who said she was in line at Costco and noticed the girl in front of her had a bottle in her cart. They got to talking and the girl said she swears that this has really helped her lose weight…5lbs in one week without really changing her eating habits. So my friend bought a bottle…she said the exact same thing happened to her. She lost about 5lbs in a week without really changing her eating…she did do some walking – but nothing more than she usually does.

I have been drinking this same drink for a couple of weeks. I bought it at cosco. Please look up ingredients and causes of them. I started having heart palpatations. I have been seen by 4 Doctors. My sister looked into what was in this drink. They do cause heart palpatations, nerve shot breath etc. I urge you to look into thjis because this is not exactly healthy. But just wondering if anyone else has anything similar? Thanks

I also went to Costco and got a sample of this bitter concoction and thought nothing of it. When I was home later that day I realized I wasn’t hungry all night…wierd. I had forgotten I drank a 1oz sample that morning.
It really does work! I was about to head back to get my Phentermine/labs which would run $65 but this $19 purchase was well worth it. As far as cortisol is concerned, I am noticing a difference in the way my body has responded to stress lately. I feel much calmer after taking this supplement. I just drink it straight(no smoothie).

I love this product. Sometimes the taste can be a bit overwhelming and outright nasty, but the refreshed feeling and the over all well being is what I am after. I can guzzle 1oz 2x a day to feel this good. Oh, I am not using it to lose weight either, just keep my energy up.

Any idea where Body Choice is located? I am not comfortable buying a product when I can’t find a physical address for the company. Any ideas?

Green tea has always been known to have several health benefits, but who knew that it could contribute to weight loss as well?
The great thing about the weight loss benefit of green tea extracts is that it does not have any adverse side-effects. Unlike other herbal products like ephedra and prescription drugs for obesity, green tea extract does not increase the speed of heart rates or raise blood pressure. In this regard, green tea extract is an effective and safer alternative to other weight loss products which may cause harm to the user.

I’ve been using this product for about a year now I think. I actually like the taste. I haven’t lost much weight though it does help me not to eat so much. I can overide the fullness though if I really want something and I am not really consistent about using it. I forget sometimes. I think if I consistently took it as directed and listened to my body (my true need for food rather than my wanting it) I would lose weight with this product.

Body Choice with Hoodia, the drink I buy at Costco, is reducing food cravings as well as giving me an uplifted outlook. I am experimenting to see if the caffeine is the main part of it that helps me feel better. If I take it too late in the day, I am more wakeful during the night. If I take it too soon after my morning cup of coffee, I get jittery from the caffeine. So far, I think taking it about 11:30 am is good. It seems to be helping me beat depression.
